Information For Visitors 

Parking

Buses: Parking for team buses is available in the Guion parking lot at the west end of campus overlooking the upper athletic fields. There is no adequate turn around space on Boathouse Road.

Cars and vans: Parking space in front of The Fitness and Athletic Center is limited.  Ample overflow parking is available in the Guion parking lot at the west end of campus overlooking the the Babcock Fields. Spectator parking is available for events at Thayer Field Hockey field.

ODAC SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

The ODAC promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating action directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competitions.  We remind you that athletic facilties are smoke-free and consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

The college colors are the colors of the rose, forest green and pink.

Sweet Briar College Vixens

vix·en (vik-sen) n. 1. a female fox. 2. a quarrelsome woman.

The vixen was selected by Sweet Briar students as their mascot in 1979. In 2010, students, alumnae, family members and fans voted Indiana "Indie" as the official name of the Sweet Briar Vixen. The name was unveiled during Families Weekend festivities on October 16, 2010.
