EMORY, Va.- The Sweet Briar College soccer team made the three-hour trip to Emory & Henry College for an ODAC matchup on Saturday afternoon. The Wasps picked up their second conference win of the season, downing SBC 10-0.

Junior Caroline Thomas started in goal for Sweet Briar and made two saves in the first twenty minutes. First-year Sam Holton then played the final 70 minutes of the match, making three saves and allowing four goals.

First-year Caylin Newman led SBC with one shot.

Sweet Briar will return to campus and host Virginia Wesleyan University on Wednesday afternoon. The match will kickoff from Babcock Field at 4 p.m.
