Sweet Briar College Sports Medicine supports all NCAA varsity athletic teams and competitive equestrian teams by providing services related to athletic injuries to student-athletes including illness/injury prevention, emergency care, evaluation, rehabilitation, treatments and administrative duties. The sports medicine facility at Sweet Briar College houses equipment, supplies, and space to accommodate various functions of the sports medicine program.
Before a coach is permitted to allow a student-athlete to participate in a try-out, practice, or game, all required health and insurance information must be on file in the sports medicine clinic.
