SWEET BRIAR, Va. – The Sweet Briar swim team (8-3, 6-2 ODAC) will close out the regular season at Bridgewater on Saturday, Jan. 29 at 1 p.m.
The Vixens took down the Ferrum Panthers last week, 113-55, and earned seven first-place finishes during the meet.
First-year
Acadia ElzHowe (Georgetown, Texas) nabbed three victories in the 800-meter butterfly, 100-meter butterfly and the 400-meter freestyle. Also seeing success last week was sophomore
Devin Montgomery (San Antonio, Texas) and first-year
Mary Catherine Warner (Virginia Beach, Va.) who both earned relay and individual victories.
