Sweet Briar College

2014-15: ODAC All-Academic Team... CSCAA All-Academic...Named to the ODAC Weekly Honor Roll after she won the 50-free, 100-free, and was a member of the winning 200-medley relay team against Ferrum (10/29)... Qualified for the ODAC Championships in the 200 free, 100 fly, and 200 fly...Finished 11th in the 200 fly and was part of the sixth-place 400 freestyle relay team.

2013-14: VaSID Academic All-State... ODAC All-Academic Team... CSCAA All-Academic... Placed in the 200 free, 200 fly and 1650 free at ODAC championships... Also part of the school-record setting 800 free relay team that placed third overall, and the fourth-place 200 medley and 400 medley relay squads (2/7-9).

2012-13: ODAC All-Academic Team... CSCAA All-Academic... Named Sweet Briar''s November Vixen of the Month... Named to the ODAC weekly honor roll after winning the 500 and 1000 free vs. Greensboro and Ferrum (1/11)... Placed 12th in the 200 free, 13th in the 1650 free and 13th in the 200 fly at ODAC championships... Was also 6th in the 200 free, 400 free and 800 free relays (2/8-10).

Before Sweet Briar: Member of swimming and cross country teams at Poquoson HS... All-District swimmer... Coast Guard Blue Dolphins... Graduated with honors... Member of National Honor Society... Key club, marching band.

Why Sweet Briar?: The accredited engineering program and small class sizes. Also, the wide range of alumnae connections.

Fun Fact: I interned at a shipyard the past two summers analyzing structures and testing turbine generators aboard new aircraft carriers and submarines. I just accepted a job offer as a result from this internship.
