The Sweet Briar Vixen soccer team was victorious today over Cedar Crest College at the Bryn Mawr Tournament in Pennsylvania.  The Vixens won by a score of 2-1.

In addition to the win, these Sweet Briar players were named to the All-Tournament Team:

• Seanne Weekes, sophomore, goalkeeper, from San Jose, Calif.
• Alison Lifka, first-year player, midfielder, from Asheville, N.C.
• Helen Phillips, senior, midfielder, from Lynchburg, Va.

The next match-up for the Vixens will be on Thursday September 10 at Hollins University with a 5:00 pm start time.
