Box Score The Sweet Briar Soccer team wrapped up its season, traveling to
Emory & Henry College on Saturday afternoon. The Vixens
fell by a score of 2-0 to the Wasps.
The Vixens offensive threat came from Kat Alexander
('11/Asheville, N.C.) as she fired two shots on goal, both
coming in the 2nd half of play. Junior
goalkeeper Seanne Weekes ('12/San Jose, Calif.) parried seven
Wasp shots on the afternoon.
Sweet Briar concludes their season with many thanks to seniors
Alexander, Samantha Britell (Shady Side, Md.), Emily Davies
(Waynesboro, Va.), Alexis Hart (New Britain, Conn.), and Kelly
Kincaid (Williamsburg, Va.).
