The Vixen volleyball team hosted the Eagles of Bridgewater College tonight for their first conference match of the 2010-11 season.

The Vixens fought back from a 6-14 score deficit in the first set to make it a competitive effort against the Bridgewater team.  Despite the effort, the Vixens lost the first set 21-25.  Momentum continued to favor the Eagles, who took the next two sets 11-25, and 12-25 respectively.

The next match for the Vixen squad  is against  the Salem Spirits in Winston-Salem, N.C.  on Saturday with a start time of 1 pm.
