MILL SPRING, N.C. – The Sweet Briar College IHSA team completed day two of action at the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA) National Championship today with both junior
Kendel Wickline (Frederick, Md.) and first-year
Sadie Swift (Leonardtown, Md.) competing.
Swift continued competition in the Cacchione Cup, placing eighth out of 24 riders in the over fences portion of action. The Maryland native's performance today placed her in 11th out of 24 total riders, and only .5 points behind the 10th-place finisher.
Wickline placed fourth out of 16 riders in the introductory class in her first outing at Nationals.
