The Sweet Briar soccer team played a very physical Lynchburg College team today at Babcock Field. The Hornets beat the Vixens by a score of 8-0.

 Lynchburg College occupied the Vixen red zone for most of the 90-minute game. Vixen goalkeeper Seanne Weekes ('12/San Jose, Calif.) was busy helping her team defensively. Weekes defended 21 saves out of a total of 29 Hornet shots on goal.

Sweet Briar will play their final home game on Saturday, Oct. 24, hosting  the conference team of Randolph College. Game time is 3 p.m.
