The Sweet Briar College soccer team pushed the Averett College Cougars into overtime at today's game on the Vixen's home field.  Averett prevailed, winning 2-1 with 1:38 left on the overtime clock in front of many enthusiastic fans from both schools.  Fan attendance included a special treat with Sweet Briar College President Jo Ellen Parker, who came by to offer support and cheer on the Vixens!

The Vixens will travel to Lexington, Virginia to face the Washington & Lee Generals on  Wednesday, September 16 for a 5:00 pm game.
