SALEM, Va.- The Sweet Briar College field hockey team paid a visit to Roanoke College on Saturday afternoon for an Old Dominion Athletic Conference clash. The host Maroons won the contest, 9-0.

Junior Emily Dodson was busy in goal all day, stopping 13 of the 22 shots-on-goal she faced. The Richmond, Va. product entered the game leading the conference in saves-per-game and ranked second in total saves.

The Vixens will travel to Virginia Wesleyan University for a match-up on Wednesday evening. The conference clash gets underway at 5 p.m.
