SWEET BRIAR, Va.- Changes have been announced to the 2016 Sweet Briar College field hockey schedule.

The Vixens were originally scheduled to host Eastern Mennonite University on Oct. 8, but the match was postponed because of rain. The match will now take place on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. on Thayer Field.

Because of this, the Vixens have shifted their contest against Washington & Lee University from Wednesday Oct. 26 to Thursday, Oct. 27. The match will take place in Lexington and begin at 7 p.m.

This sets up a busy final week for the Vixens, with games on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and finally Senior Day on Saturday, Oct. 29 against Randolph-Macon College.
