Katelyn Meyer tallied 13 saves as the Vixens were topped 10-0 by the Washington and Lee Generals on Saturday afternoon.
Washington and Lee (11-0-1, 4-0-0 ODAC), is receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches poll and is No. 16 in the D3Soccer.com Top 25, and tallied the would-be match winner in the 10th minute, when Sophia Roche scored the opening goal of the day.
The Generals would score four additional goals in the opening half, before tallying six scores in the second half. Washington and Lee's Natalie Choo and Allie Smith Miller both finished the day with two goals each.
Sweet Briar's (0-10-0, 0-4-0) Meyer (Smithsburg, Md.) notched 13 saves on the day.
The Vixens have a short turnaround before their next match, playing host on Monday to Trinity Washington in a non-conference match at 4:30 p.m.
