SWEET BRIAR, Va. — Senior K. Mullins scored a pair of goals on Thursday afternoon as the Vixens dropped a 21-3 decision at the Sweet Briar Lacrosse Field to the visiting Southern Virginia Knights.

Southern Virginia (4-0) notched the opening two goals less than two minutes into play when Lauren Thatcher assisted on goals from Chloe Mitchell and Hannah King.

Thatcher and King hooked up on the third goal with King scoring the second of her five goals before Alissa Johnson scored the eventual game-winner with 25:23 remaining in the opening half.
