SWEET BRIAR, Va. – Sweet Briar field hockey (8-3, 3-1 CSAC) will host Randolph-Macon (6-5, 2-1 ODAC) at Amherst County High School on Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m. before heading out of state for a three-game road trip to close out the week.
The Vixens will first head to Pennsylvania for conference action against fellow women's-college Cedar Crest (3-7, 1-2 CSAC) on Oct. 15 at 5 p.m.
The next two days will be spent in New York with non-conference matchups against Wells (0-8, Independent) on Oct. 16 at 11 a.m. and SUNY Morrisville (3-6, 0-3 SUNYAC) on Oct. 17 at 11 a.m.
Sweet Briar split last week's games, but had a successful outing against Ferrum culminating in a 6-0 victory for the season sweep over the panthers.

The Vixens will return home for two contests next week. First is a conference matchup with Keystone College on Oct. 23, followed by the senior day match against Meredith on Oct. 24.
