SWEET BRIAR, Va. – Sweet Briar field hockey (1-1, 1-1 CSAC) is hitting the road for a pair of non-conference games against Ferrum (2-0, 0-0 ODAC) and Oberlin (0-1, 0-0 NCAC).
First, the Vixens will face the Panthers on Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. before continuing heading to Ohio to see action against the Yeowomen on Sept. 11 at 11 a.m.
Sweet Briar is coming off a successful start to the season, beating Centenary (N.J.) 9-1 this past Saturday and hanging tough in a close contest against Wilson this past Sunday.
