SWEET BRIAR, Va. – The Sweet Briar College lacrosse team (1-3, 0-0 CSAC) was bested by the Muskingum Fighting Muskies (2-3, 0-0 OAC) today, 15-4, at Thayer Field in the first-ever matchup between the two programs.
The Fighting Muskies earned the first two tallies of the game before first-year

Sophomore
Valen Foster (Bushwood, Md.) and junior Renée Taylor (York, Pa.) earned back-to-back goals to bring the score to 5-3.
However, it was all Fighting Muskies from then on with seven-straight tallies to through the end of the second and the third quarters.
Martinez-Tomatis' second goal of the game at the 8:47 mark of the fourth quarter would be Sweet Briar's last of the game. Three more scores from Muskingum would bring the game to its 15-4 close.
