HARRISONBURG, Va. – The Sweet Briar College golf team completed its first tournament of the 2025-26 season today as three Vixens saw action at the Bridgewater Invitational.
Junior
Isabella Peregrine (Liberty, Mo.) led the way for Sweet Briar, finishing in a tie for 30th. Peregrine shot an 89 (+17) on day one before following it up with an 85 (+13) today for a two-day total of 174 (+30).
Fellow junior
Kailei Minter (Martinsville, Va.) registered a tournament score of 183 (+39) thanks to a 90 (+18) in round one and a 93 (+21) in round two.
Rounding out the field of competition for the Vixens was junior
Kendel Wickline (Frederick, Md.), whose scores of 93 (+21) and 98 (+26) brought her total score to 193 (+49).
Highlights
- Peregrine's score of 85 today marks her third-lowest collegiate round.
- Wickline's round one score of 93 ties her career-low round.

The Vixens will compete at The Melee, Oct. 19th – 20th, in Williamsburg, Va.
