FOREST, Va. – Seniors
Naomi Dachis (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) and
Wyette Felton (Canton, Ga.) swept the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) equestrian weekly awards, the organization announced today, Feb. 3rd.
Dachis earned the honors for her performance over fences in the Vixens' 8-1 win over then-No. 5 Bridgewater last week. The New Jersey native was named Most Outstanding Performer (MOP) after earning a meet-high 87 on Jetson to beat her Eagle competitor by 21 points.
On the flat, Felton was also named MOP with an 85 on Trey. The Georgia native earned a 19-point margin of victory over her Bridgewater opponent.
The Vixens will next compete against No. 2 Lynchburg on Feb. 20th.
