FOREST, Va. – First-year
Sadie Swift (Leonardtown, Md.) of the No. 5 Single Discipline Sweet Briar College NCEA team has earned her first career Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Weekly Honor.
The Conference announced Swift as this week's ODAC Fences Rider of the Week.
Swift was instrumental in the Vixens' 9-1 victory over Berry last Friday with a point in fences competition. The Maryland native scored a meet-high 85 on Kobe to earn the point from her Viking competitor by 17 points.
Additionally, Swift received Most Outstanding Performer (MOP) honors at the meet.
The Vixens will next compete in the ODAC Single Discipline Championships, starting March 18th, at the Harriet Howell Rogers Riding Center.
