SWEET BRIAR, Va. – The Sweet Briar College cross country team has unveiled its 2026 cross country schedule, a seven-race slate that will take the Vixens across a competitive fall calendar before the postseason arrives.
The season opens on Sept. 4th at the EMU Heritage XC Invitational, giving Sweet Briar an early chance to set the tone. One week later, the Vixens head to the SU Twilight Open on Sept. 11th, followed by the NCAA South Regional Preview on Sept. 19th.
October brings three key meets, beginning with the Lancer Pink Invite on Oct. 9th. Sweet Briar will then compete at the Roanoke Regional Showdown on Oct. 17th before closing the month at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships on Oct. 31st.
The Vixens will round out the season on Nov. 13th at the NCAA Regional Championships, as the fall campaign reaches its final stretch.
