Interviews
For interviews with coaches, members of their staff or student-athletes, please contact the Sweet Briar College Athletic Communications Office to schedule arrangements. Practice is open to members of the media only if prior arrangements have been made.
Phone Interviews
Requests for telephone interviews must be made through the Sweet Briar College Athletic Communications Office. All interview requests will be arranged according to a player's class, study, and practice schedules. Interview requests with staff will be arranged based on the staff member's availability.

Live Stats/Webcast
Sweet Briar will provide live stats and/or webcast for as many home events as possible, where facility capabilities allow. Links can be found on the individual sport schedule pages.
Athletic Photography
To request a head shot or action photo of a Sweet Briar College student-athlete or to schedule a photo shoot, please call the Sweet Briar Athletic Communications Office or contact us via email.
Gameday Photography
All photographers at Sweet Briar home athletic events must be approved by the Athletic Communications Office prior to being granted access. It is requested that your request be made
AT LEAST two business days prior to the event. Requests made the day of the event will be granted to credentialed media members only. All other photographers will be denied.
In addition,
ONLY Sweet Briar and credentialed photographers will be allowed to photograph within the playing surface at Sweet Briar athletic events. If you are traveling to Sweet Briar with a visiting team, we will need to have notice from that institution that you are their official designated photographer for that event. Otherwise, you will not be permitted onto the playing surface.
Parents and others who are not contracted photographers with either participating institutions, the conference office, or the NCAA will not be allowed onto the playing surface under any circumstances.
Student-Athlete Bio Form
The Student-Athlete Bio form is required to be filled out by all incoming student-athletes. Returning student-athletes may fill out the bio form as needed to update their information on the roster. The bio form can be found
