SWEET BRIAR, Va, -- The Sweet Briar tennis team fell to No. 10 Washington & Lee, 6-3, in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference match Wednesday afternoon at the Babcock Tennis Courts in Sweet Briar, Virginia.

Sweet Briar falls to 4-7 overall and is 1-3 in the ODAC, while W&L improves to 13-4 overall and is a perfect 6-0 in the conference.

The Vixens were swept in four straight singles and the Generals also took two in doubles action. Though SBC was able to claim three victories, one in doubles action and two in singles, due to a lack of players for the Generals. W&L would get the 6-3 victory.

The Vixens travel to Hollins, Thursday, April 2 for an ODAC match. First serve is set for 4:30 p.m.
