WINCHESTER, Va. – The Sweet Briar cross country team saw success in this year's Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships, finishing ninth.
Sophomore Angelyn Wiggins (Churchville, Md.) led the way with the fifth-fastest 6k time of
of 26:10.0 to finish in 45th.
Junior Lily Terwilliger (Fayetteville, N.C.) finished second for the Vixens, crossing the finish line at the 27:32.3 mark.
Finishing third for Sweet Briar was senior Evie Sparacio (Stroudsburg, Pa.) who clocked a time of 32:09.5.
Sophomore Kae Babcock (Red Lion, Pa.) and senior Dani Peloso (Centreville, Va.) recorded times of 37:10.7 and 40:44.4, respectively, in their first ODAC Championship outing.
Rounding out the field for the Vixens was senior Erin Bell Nelson (Greenville, R.I.) who clocked a time of 43:28.9.
