SWEET BRIAR, Va. – The No. 2 seed Sweet Briar tennis team (21-3, 9-1 ODAC) will host the No. 7 seed Bridgewater Eagles (9-7, 3-6 ODAC) in the quarterfinal round of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Women's Tennis Championship.
The matchup will take place at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center on Wednesday, May 4 at 2 p.m. In the case of inclement weather, the match will be played at the Crosswhite Fitness and Athletic Club in Lynchburg, Va.
If the Vixens defeat the Eagles, the team will move on to the semifinals at Washington & Lee on Saturday, May 7. The Championship match is set to be played on Sunday, May 8. Times for both the semifinal and championship matches will be announced at a later date.
