SWEET BRIAR, Va. - The Sweet Briar College tennis team (9-3, 5-0 ODAC) will spend the next four days in Ohio with action scheduled against five teams, three of whom are nationally ranked.
With new rankings set to come out on Friday, March 24 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) the Vixens are currently scheduled to kick off their road trip against the Capital University Comets (6-2, 1-0 OAC) tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Olympic Indoor Tennis Club in Columbus, Ohio.
Sweet Briar will then switch its focus to the Otterbein University Cardinals (6-4, 0-0 OAC) for a scheduled contest on Friday, March 24 at 12 p.m. The Vixens and Cardinals will clash at the Mayfield Racquet Club in Mayfield, Ohio.
The team will wrap up its road trip with three national-ranked opponents; taking on both No. 12 Case Western Reserve and No. 29 Denison on Saturday, March 25 at 12:45 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., respectively and No. 30 Kenyon on Sunday, March 26 at 8:45 a.m.
Sweet Briar's match against Kenyon will take place at the LaTuchie Tennis Center in Stow, Ohio.

- The Vixens will face off against all five teams for the first time in program history.
- Senior Kate Kotany (Erd, Hungary) became the third player in program history to earn 100 wins after snagging two doubles and two singles victories in the team's 9-0 sweeps of Birmingham-Southern and Virginia Wesleyan last week.

Sweet Briar will return home to take on the Guilford College Quakers on Saturday, April 8.
