ROME, Ga. – The Sweet Briar College golf team wrapped up the fall season as seniors
Amani Narang (Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India) and
Hannah Norvell (Littleton, Colo.) and sophomore
Kendel Wickline (Frederick, Md.) competed at the Chick-fil-A Invitational.
Narang led the team with a 22nd-place finish after jumping up 17 spots following the conclusion of round two. The India native shot an 84 on day one and a 78 on day two to finish with a score of 162 (+16).
Wickline's two-day total came out to 219 (+73) after shooting a 118 in round one and a 111 in round two.
Novell's combined score of 229 (+83) came after a score of 111 yesterday and 118 today.
Highlights
- Narang bested her round one score by five strokes in round two.
- Norvell's scores in Georgia mark new season-low rounds for the Colorado native.
