NELLYSFORD, Va. – The Sweet Briar College golf team currently sits in seventh at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships after round one as the team put up the second-best score at the tournament in program history with a 366 (+78).
Senior
Amani Narang (Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India) and sophomore
Isabella Peregrine (Liberty, Mo.) currently sit in a tie for 17th with their scores of 84 (+12).
Fellow sophomore
Kendel Wickline (Frederick, Md.) shot a 97 (+25) today to sit in 34th.
Sophomore
Kailei Minter (Martinsville, Va.) and senior
Haley Holzworth (Scottsbluff, Neb.) are in 36th and 37th after shooting a 101 (+29) and a 103 (+31) today, respectively.

- Wickline's score of 97 marks a new career-low round for the Maryland native.
- The Vixens have only shot better than 366 in the ODAC Championships once as a team; in the third round of the 2024 Championships the team registered a score of 356.
