NELLYSFORD, Va. – The Sweet Briar College golf team remained steady through round two of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships, continuing its run in seventh with today's score of 370 (+82) bringing the two-day total to 736 (+160).
Senior
Amani Narang (Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India) moved up five places on the leaderboard to 12th after shooting a 76 (+4) to bring her total to 160 (+16).
Sophomore
Isabella Peregrine (Liberty, Mo.) brought her two-day score total to 176 (+32) after completing today's action with a score of 92 (+20).
Sophomores
Kendel Wickline (Frederick, Md.) and
Kailei Minter (Martinsville, Va.) and senior
Haley Holzworth (Scottsbluff, Neb.) all totaled the same round-two score of 101 (+29) today.
Wickline currently sits at 198 (+54) while Minter and Holzworth have totaled 202 (+58) and 204 (+60), respectively, heading into the final day of action.
Highlights
- Narang birdied holes three and 17 and was only one over par on the back nine on her way to a score of 76.
- Peregrine birdied the par-five hole nine today.
