WINCHESTER, Va. – The Sweet Briar cross country team saw two individuals compete in the 5K race at the Hornet Harrier Invitational today.
 
Both junior Lily Terwilliger (Fayetteville, N.C.) and sophomore Kae Babcock (Red Lion, Pa.) took the course, finishing the race in 23:16.07 and 31:58.9, respectively.
 
Highlights

• Terwilliger finished 22^nd with the sixth-best 5K time in program history.
• Babcock recorded a time of 31:58.9 in her first collegiate 5K race.

The Vixens will head to Greenhill Park in Salem, Va. for the Roanoke XC Invitational on Friday, Oct. 14.
