SWEET BRIAR, Va - The Sweet Briar College lacrosse team has announced its 2026 season schedule consisting of 16 games, 11 at Meyer Field and five on the road.
The Vixens debut on Feb. 15th against Greensboro at 2 p.m., followed by a Feb. 21st matchup with Pfeiffer at 12 p.m. and a Feb. 25th game under the lights versus Lynchburg at 5 p.m. The month closes with the first road game of the year as Sweet Briar heads to Swannanoa, N.C. to take on Warren Wilson on Feb. 28th at 2 p.m.
March begins with the Vixens back at Meyer Field to face Wilkes on March 4th at 5 p.m. Sweet Briar continues its homestead on March 6th with an 11 a.m. contest against Cedar Crest, then welcomes Muskingum to campus on March 13th for a 2 p.m. start. The Vixens wrap up the middle of the schedule by hosting William Peace on March 18th at 5 p.m. before closing the month with an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) matchup at Randolph on March 21st at 1 p.m. and a home date with Randolph on March 25th at 5 p.m.
The conference-heavy April schedule opens on April 1st when Sweet Briar returns to Meyer Field to host Virginia Wesleyan at 5 p.m. The Vixens then hit the road for three of their next four contests, beginning with an April 8th trip to Ashland, Va. to face Randolph-Macon at 7 p.m. Sweet Briar returns home on April 11th for a 1 p.m. showdown with Bridgewater before traveling for back-to-back ODAC games at Guilford on April 14th at 5 p.m. and Shenandoah on April 18th at 1 p.m.
Sweet Briar closes the regular season on April 22nd with a trip to Harrisonburg, Va. to take on EMU at 5 p.m.
